Property Management Service

The property management division of our company offers an array of different levels of service.  An owner may choose exactly which program fits their needs.

Tenant placement fee is the first full month rent.  We conduct property tour, screen tenants, verify employment, check references, write lease and pass keys to tenant.

Property Management fee is 10% of each months rent.  Service includes collecting rents, handling funds, enforcing rules, keeping records, property inspection,  coordinate maintenance and repairs, communicate with tenants.

Property watch service is 100.00 a month.  This includes one weekly visit to the property to inspect security and troubleshoot any maintenance issues. 

Hourly service calls are 25.00 an hour within reason. 

Our service creates freedom for property investors.  We keep your property rent ready and properly maintained as well as evaluating rent levels and suggesting upgrades to insure asset profitability.
